Q: How long is a session?

Each customized session lasts 45 minutes

Q: What are your hours?

A: We offer training Monday - Friday from 6 am - 9 pm and Saturday from 9 am - 3pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Q: What is a typical session like?

A: Each session is customized for our clients.Most sessions consist of a warm up, a main body workout followed by a cool down/stretch or a dedicated abdominal segment. 

Q: What if I haven't worked out in a long time or never? What if my current training is not challenging me?

A: Your current health and workout history are taken into consideration when deciding the best course in developing your personalized training program.

A: Our training is highly personalized. We work together to provide you with a personalized training program that challenges you and helps you meet your fitness goals. 

Q: Do I work out alone?

A: All sessions are private between the scheduled client and trainer, however, the training studio is designed to accommodate two trainers for any given scheduled session time. 

Q: How do I pay for sessions?

A: Your first session is always free. After that, you can use cash, check or major credit card to purchase your training sessions. You will purchase your training session bundle in advance. (pay here!)

Q: How much does it cost for truly personalized training?

A: It is more affordable than you think. Call us for our rates! 

Q: Do I get to choose my training time?

A: You will choose the time that is best for you. You will book your session directly with the trainer or online.

Q: Will I train with a certified trainer?

A: Yes. All of our trainers are experienced and certified.

Q: How long has Fit Family been in business?

A: We have been in business for 15 years. 
Q: Can I cancel or pause my sessions? What if I miss a session?

A: Cancellations must be made no later than 9 pm the day before the session. If you need to pause your training for a longer period of time, please reach out to the owner/operator to discuss the best options. 

Q: Where do I train?

A: Our studio is located in Marietta, Georgia at 2600 Prado Lane Suite #109, Marietta, Georgia 30066. 

Q: Do you offer online training? 

A: We also offer online training sessions. This is a convenient way to increase your weekly sessions and your results!

Q: Can my kids train with me? other family members?

A: Yes! We love to work with families. We also welcome small group training. Bring a friend or two!

Q: What is your training philosophy?

A: Results start when you do! Training results are best when the client trains in the studio or online 2-3 sessions per week and supplements our training with 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular training a couple days each week. Of course, properly balanced nutrition is very important in making your personalized Fit Family training program work for you.
